Alex Schmoke scored a goal in the soccer team’s win on the road yesterday in Spring Mills.

Tyrone/Bellwood-Antis boys’ soccer team got a win yesterday at Penns Valley, snapping a three-game losing streak.

Tyrone’s Andrew Pearson had two goals for Tyrone with B-A’s Alex Schmoke and Corey Johnston scoring one each to defeat the Rams with a 4-2 win.

In the first half Andrew Pearson got the first goal of the game while Penn’s Valley was in the lead with a score of 2-1.

Corey Johnston scored in the second half to make the game tied.

“It felt good to break our losing streak, and add a win to our record,” said Corey Johnston.

Andrew Pearson scored once again and Alex Schmoke added another goal to set the final score.
