These students are hoping to make it to All State chorus.

The following students have earned a placement in the PMEA Regional Chorus Festival and will be competing for the chance to move on to PMEA All-State Chorus.

  • Robert VanKirk – Bass I
  • Cooper Burns – Tenor II
  • Ryen Beam – Tenor II
  • Grace Misera – Soprano II
  • Stephanie Mills – Alto II

Chorus Director Mrs. Beth Hull is proud of her students.

“I’m very proud of these kids, it is a great experience and opportunity for them, they learn higher level music, and they work with a college professor.  It is an experience that helps them make music with other talented musicians,” said Mrs. Hull.

Senior Grace Misera, who will be playing Ariel in the upcoming musical Footloose, is very excited about the opportunity to move on to All-State chorus.

“I am very nervous because there are a lot of talented people that have all worked really hard to advance to this level and potentially go on to All-State. I hope I make it because it will be a really neat experience, but if I don’t then I can just focus on the musical and not have to worry about learning more music,” said Grace.

The co-star of the show, Ryen Beam, recognized the challenge it was to make it this far.

“It was definitely a challenge to be able to advance but it was a good accomplishment,” said Ryen.

Good luck to these students as they compete for a spot at the PMEA All State Chorus Fesitval.
