Senora Smith had her family on hand last year when she learned she was one of two teachers honored with a yearbook dedication.

Seῆora Smith is the only Spanish teacher at the Bellwood-Antis High School, and she’s definitely a student favorite.  She says her favorite thing about teaching is the kids.

Mrs. Smith’s favorite food is tacos, and she says, “ I look forward to each and every day.”

This is a Day in the Life of Mrs. Smith.

5:28- Wake up, eat breakfast (coffee and an apple).

6:45- Leave to come to school, and drop her kids off at daycare.

Mrs. Smith lives in Martinsburg and has 2 kids: Macie, 9, and Trevor, 2.

7:30- Arrive at school, and go to homeroom (107).

7:59 – Teach classes and plan for lessons.

Mrs. Smith said, “My favorite period is fourth because it’s my planning period.”

Eat lunch.

1:17: Back to teaching classes and planning for lessons.

3:00- Leave school and head back home.

3:45- Arrive home and turn on the washing machine.

6:00- Dinner with the family.

8:00- Watch a Disney movie with the husband and kids before bed.

10:00- Go to bed.
