BluePrint: How many colleges did you apply to?

Andrews: Only to Penn State because I knew it’s where I wanted to go.

BluePrint: What made you apply to PSU?

Andrews: It is close to home and has great job placement connections.

BluePrint: What are you planning on majoring in?

Andrews: Chemical Engineering.

BluePrint: What made you chose this specific major?

Andrews: I’ve job shadowed chemical engineers and enjoy learning about chemistry. It really appeals to me.

BluePrint: What do you think will be some of the major differences between college and high school?

Andrews: The amount of studying I do in High School to get decent grades is minimal. I’m going to have to study a lot harder in college.

BluePrint: What are your feelings on moving on from Bellwood-Antis High School?

Andrews: I’m going to miss all of the teachers and the relationships I’ve made. However, I’m excited to move on and from new relationships with new people, and prepare myself for my future.
