The Bellwood-Antis boys track and field team combined for a total of 106 to take the title at the annual United Invitational Saturday.

Clay Engle lead the Blue Devils by winning the triple jump with a jump of 43-1.75 and high jump by clearing 6 ft. The 400 relay team of (Watters, Wolfe, Worthing, Engle) was able to take a half a second victory over Central Cambria. Those were the only wins for the BA boys but were lifted by solid performances that didn’t quite take the win in almost every event.

The Lady Blue Devils however came in next to last place by scoring only 19 points.

Lexi Gerwert was the only one to win an event with an 11 ft clear in the pole vault.

Both Bellwood-Antis teams will compete Tuesday night after school at Tussey Mountain.
