Bellwood-Antis Announces 2014 Homecoming Court

Bellwood-Antis High School has selected the 2014 Homecoming court!
The annual Homecoming football game will be held on September 19. The queen will be announced at halftime of the Blue Devils’ game against Juniata Valley.
This year the court has 6 girls due to a three way tie.
The Leo Club, which sponsors Homecoming, has planned a Minute to Win It event in the week leading up to the Homecoming game to replace skit night.
“The court and the community will be able to participate,” said Mrs. Bartlett, Leo Club advisor.
The court is selected from girls in the senior class. The senior homerooms vote for the girls in the senior class. The senior homerooms vote for the girls they would like to be on court. The majority of vote wins.
Mrs. Bartlett offered her congratulations to the court.
“Congratulations! This is a special event you’ll remember for years to come, so enjoy it and have fun,” said Mrs. Bartlett.
The queen is voted in by the students in grades 10 through 12. The majority vote wins again.
