Blue Devils Suffer Loss On The Road

Last night the boys basketball team traveled to Central in a non-league matchup. The game was close throughout the first half, with Central holding only a three point lead, but a pivotal run in the third quarter allowed the Dragons to pull away to a 56-38 win.

Troy Walker lead the Blue Devils in scoring with 13 points, followed by Zach Mallon and Connor Gibbons, who had 8 points apiece.

Junior Zach Miller has had a phenomenal season in rebounding for the Blue Devils, averaging 10.6 rebounds per game. Zach is currently ranked #1 in rebounds per game in Pennsylvania for the entire junior class. (According to MaxPreps)

The Blue Devils now hold a record of (4-5) as they prepare to go on the road this Thursday for an ICC matchup against Mo Valley. Despite dropping three in a row, B-A remains undefeated in the ICC North.

“We’re starting to get into a regular routine now that we are back from break, and with our upcoming ICC schedule we need to dominate and start making a run in the league like we did last year,” said Troy Walker.
