What do you enjoy about BP?
I enjoy the learning aspect of newspaper and writing. The team aspect of “everyone has to do their part.” I also enjoy writing stories and developing my skills as a journalist.
What’s your favorite things you’ve done in BP so far?
Recently I’ve enjoyed editing other classmates’ stories, formatting pictures on the website, and learning the editing process. I have always liked writing those big stories that take weeks of development, that is my favorite thing to do.
What would you tell a person considering joining BP?
I would recommend it to most students and encourage them to join. The class has a large amount of individualism and responsibility on the student, but there are also other students to help guide and show you the ropes. If you want to be a better writer join Blueprint.
What are you involved in outside of BP?
Outside of BluePrint I am the senior class leader of FCA and I play sports like football and track.
