Emma Fieni, 7th grader, and challenger, Mr. Hallahan, were the first two contestants on our spin-off show.

I’m sure some of you have seen or heard of the show Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader?. For those of you who aren’t familiar with this quiz show game, contestants attempt to answer questions taken from elementary school textbooks, two from each grade level from first to fifth, to try to win money.

Well, we decided to put our own touch on this popular game and came up with a new version: Are You Smarter than a 7th Grader?. We interviewed substitute teacher Mr. Hallahan and 7th grader Emma Fieni for our spin-off of the show.
