Last Friday the boys basketball team traveled to Juniata Valley. The boys started off strong and never looked back securing a 79-55 victory over the Hornets.

The Blue Devils put up some impressive numbers in the first half leading 49-27 going into the third, and they kept the ball rolling the rest of the way through.

Trenton Pellegrino absolutely balled out, there’s no question about that. Trenton added 34 points to the contest, along with 2 rebounds. Trenton’s stellar performance put him in the history books at BA, as he tied the single game 3-point record with 10.

As a team, B-A hit 17 shots from beyond the arc against the Hornets’ 2-3 zone defense.

Zach Miller and Connor Gibbons, also helped boost the Blue Devils to a win, with Zach scoring 14, and Connor right behind him with 13.

This win puts the boys at a record of 1-4. Their next game will be tomorrow when they travel to Mo Valley.
