Compass (George Hodan)
If you were marooned without a compass what would you do?
Would you freak out?
Lay in the fetal position and wait for someone to save you?
Maybe you’re a navigational expert and can find your way to civilization with the use of the stars?
Maybe you’re related to Lewis and Clark and can find your way—oh wait, no they used the help of Sacagawea.
That’s the question of the day all over the nation. But how about here at small town Bellwood? How would someone from here react?
Here’s some words from a couple of Bellwood-Antis’ students.
When asked, Tessa Albert said, “One—cry. Two—freak out. Three—where can I get food?”
Phoebe Potter said she would find the North Star and follow it in hopes of finding a town or something. One of the popular answers seems to be rolling up into a ball and crying.
… Let’s just hope none of our students get stranded without a compass.
