Girls volleyball takes down the Lady Vikings on Senior Night

Tuesday night, B-A girls varsity volleyball took down the Glendale Lady Vikings 3-1 at home on Senior Night.

Bellwood-Antis seniors recognized prior to the game were Hailee McConnel, Lydia Worthing, and Brielle Campbell.

B-A won the first set 25-11 before losing 25-23 in the second. The Lady Devils came out strong in the third to win 25-18, and then put the game away by taking the fourth set 25-21.

The Lady Devils improved their record to 15-1.

There were many outstanding players such as Worthing who has 13 kills and 13 blocks.  McConnell handed out 27 assists, and Jessie Corrado had 18 digs.

Although they took the win against Glendale, West Branch defeated them 3-0 on Thursday. West Branch improved to 20-1-1 this season.
