Holden Schreier makes a layup while absorbing a foul against Penn Cambria in the Reliance Bank Holiday Tournament.

The Bellwood-Antis basketball team fell to Penn Cambria in the first round of the Reliance Bank Holiday Tournament on Tuesday at Tyrone Area High School.

The Panthers went ahead 11-0 in the first quarter and led 14-5 at the quarter break before B-A rallied to cut it to 16-10. It was all Penn Cambria from there as the Panthers built a 31-12 lead by halftime and got the mercy rule clock running in the third quarter.

Holden Schreier and Caleb Beiswenger each scored 5 to lead the Devils, which will face Bedford in the consolation game on Thursday. The Bison fell to Tyrone in the opening rounds, 49-46.

The Blue Devils fell to 1-5.
