Getting into the Holiday mood with Christmas Spirit Week
Alexis Parson, Carlee Gathagan, Kayla Beichler and Jaqueline Finn were among the students who wore pajamas to school Monday as part of Christmas Spirit week.
Bellwood-Antis High School is in the middle Christmas Spirit Week, which runs through Friday, December 19.
The idea came from Rachael Harris, Jasmine McCoy, and Phoebe Potter and was promoted by the BluePrint.
Monday was pajama day, when students wore their favorite PJs, and Tuesday was Red and Green Day.
The remainder of the week sets up like this:
Wednesday: Ugly Christmas Sweater Day
Thursday: Winter Hat Day
Friday: Christmas Character Day
BluePrint advisor Mr. Naylor said, “It’s a lot of fun for the students. I’m glad that the BluePrint can be a part of promoting it. The kids are so amped up for Christmas that it’s nice for them to have an outlet to express it.”
