Tonight the 6-1 Bellwood-Antis Lady Blue Devils take on 5-3 Penns Valley in a tough non-conference game in Spring Mills.  Here are the 3 Keys to Victory, brought to you by sophomores Mikayla Carles, Paige Wilt and Alanna Leidig.

1. No early and stupid fouls.

Year in and year out the Lady Rams are fundamentally sound, so it will be important not to give them anything at the foul line.

2. Play hard from the beginning and rebound.

Especially on the road, it’s important to prevent a slow start and to control the things you can control, like rebounding.

3. Make foul shots and layups.

When there are easy points to be had, get them.
