I thought I should make this story because I wouldn’t wish these movies on anyone. I mean, ANYONE. These movies are going to be more relevant and based on plot, acting, and makeup. I really hope none of you have had to watch these before, and if so, I’m sorry.

House of Wax-2005

This is a joke in the genre. The movie is probably one of the worst I’ve ever seen. As the title implies, the movie is about a house of wax. The plot is original, don’t get me wrong, but, it was just plain bad. Two men take people and spray them with hot wax because one was treated badly as a child and they wanted to get revenge. The makeup was definitely…bad. I can’t even explain. I’m putting images in the picture just so you know what I’m talking about.

Cabin Fever: Patient Zero-2014

The first movie of this franchise was almost a miss, but held on by a string. The second movie was definitely problematic, but this one was so bad, I wanted to cry at the end. If you don’t know, these movies are about a skin eating virus that is in the water supply in the town. This one however ends up taking patient zero to a research facility on an island. As far as makeup, it isn’t the worst thing in the movie. To me, the plot and acting are the things that make this movie easily hated movie. It was one of those movies that are so bad it wasn’t even advertised on TV. The first one was even remade. Why, I don’t know, but it was. That was even worse than the original. Moral of this, don’t watch this. If you want to, though, they have the first two movies and the remake of the first on Netflix.

Silent Hill: Revelation-2012

This one is a confusing mess. The first movie was based off of the game of the same name. It didn’t quite follow it, but it had some of the creatures from the games, such as the iconic Pyramid Head. The second, however, did follow the game, but not well. Because the second is supposed to follow the first movie, it didn’t make any sense. This one involved a cult that was never mentioned in the first movie. The acting and the plot of this movie is just plain terrible. As a fan of the game and original movie, I was highly disappointed when I saw this. The first movie was actually scary, but in this there was scenes that actually made me laugh. If you want to watch the first movie, it is also on Netflix.
