Let’s talk about the fruit of life, the key to every relationship EVER, the thing you never want to do without your friends: Cheeseburgers.

You thought this was gonna be something stupid like honesty?!? Who needs honesty when you can forgive each other over a nice cheeseburger.

If you haven’t realized where I’m headed with this, today is National Cheeseburger Day!

The reason why we have this delicious holliday is actually quite simple: a guy I’ve never heard of, Lionel Sternberger, apparently dropped cheese on a burger, while working at his father’s California sandwich shop in 1926, and BOOM! A legend was born.

So instead of going to that delicious hibachi bar (you all know the one that I’m talking about), go to your local burger joints, like Five Guys, McDonalds, Burger King, or even Red Robin. 

Personally, I would go to Five Guys since their cheeseburgers are my favorite and the fries are  crisp and plentiful.

But in all seriousness, be honest, to your parents, but most importantly, your waiter.
