B-A’s Worst Habits

Briley Campbell

These middle school students shared some of their bad habits with us.

We have a couple bad habits so we decided to find out if some of our fellow BAMS classmates have a few of the same issues. We started our investigation by asking some students  about their worst bad habit. Here is what we discovered…

We first interviewed 5th grader, Lauren Marinak.

Q: What is your worst habit?

Lauren: Getting distracted in class.

Next, we interviewed Cameron Nelson, another 5th grader.

Cameron: I have a problem with sleeping. I just won’t go to sleep when I’m supposed to and then I’m tired in the morning.

Then we interviewed two sixth graders, Lindsay Campbell and Devon Nardelli.

Lindsay: Zoning out in class. I do it all of the time.

Devon: Biting my nails. It’s bad and I do it a lot.

Third, we talked to 7th graders, Jalynn Partner and Ryan Marinak.

Jalynn: Correcting people’s grammar. That is a huge one. You can literally ask anyone. I correct everyone’s grammar, and I don’t like it.

Ryan: “My worst habit is not studying. I just can’t focus.”

Finally, we interviewed two eighth graders, Annie Bardell and Ben Ritchey.

Annie: Not doing my homework. I just forget because I’m always busy.

Ben: Staying up too late. I go to bed after I’m supposed to.

As you can see, we all have some bad habits—just like everybody else on the planet. Nobody is perfect, but we all could make a few improvements though!
