Last night the boys team traveled to Mo Valley. A strong 26 point first quarter put the Blue devils in a great position to take the game early and finish strong. An all around strong second half boosted the boys to a 66-30 victory over the Knights.

Trenton Pellegrino led the Blue Devils with a whopping 7 3-pointers and 21 points, followed by Zach Miller, and Sean Mallon who contributed 12 points each to the contest.

The Blue Devils came into the game last night with a record of 3-4. The season started off rough with the boys falling short in their first 4 games, but there seems to be a fire that has been lit behind the team as they have won their last 4 games straight putting them at an even 4-4 record.

“There is a lot more confidence going into games,” said Zach Miller. “We’ve switched up the offense a little bit, and it has allowed different guys to get more opportunities to put points on the board, and so far it’s worked.”

Today the boys travel to Williamsburg to take on the Pirates for their second ICC matchup of the week.
