3 Keys to Victory
In support of Blue Devil Nation and all athletes at Bellwood-Antis, the BluePrint presents its series 3 Keys, where one Blue Devil athlete provides our readers inside access to the team’s game plan. This afternoon, the Tyrone-Bellwood-Antis soccer team faces Clearfield in Tyrone on Fan Night. The team needs a strong finish to qualify for the District 6-AA playoffs. Senior forward Josh Wilson gave us the 3 Keys to Victory for this all-important game.
Isolate their Key player
Their whole game revolves around their best player, Jack Soult. If we’re going to dominate the way we want, we have to shut him down.
Work as a team
The older players seem to try and make up for our inexperience as a team by playing solo. We have to use everyone so we don’t become a one-trick pony
Do what we did last time: WIN
Clearfield is a solid team but we were able to pull through with a tight 1-0 win earlier this year. We just have to do it again.
