Nince Cacciotti gets into position at third base in B-A’s loss to Central.

The Central Scarlet Dragons traveled to B-A and took down the Blue Devils in 5 innings by a score of 16-4.

Jack Luensmann took the loss.

Central jumped on Luensmann early, scoring six runs in the first inning, and closed out the game by scoring seven in the top of the fifth to end it by 10-run rule.

Hidden in an otherwise dreary offensive performance, senior Cooper Guyer delivered a three-run homer to center in the third inning that cut the lead to 8-3.

Guyer had two hits for an offense that was limited to five total by Dragon starter Devon Boyles, who struck out five.

B-A fell to 2-3 with the non-conference loss, while Central remained undefeated at 3-0.
