B-A golf picks up pair of wins

Yesterday, the B-A golf team took on the Everett Warriors and Tussey Mountain Titans and put up a score of 184 to get two wins.

The Devils are now 6-3 and are getting ready to play in the Operation Our Town scramble tournament tomorrow at Park Hills Country Club. 

Top scorers from yesterday’s match were Ethan Johnston (43), Ryan Marinak (44), Zach Pier (48), Caleb Beiswenger (49). 

Coming off of a win against Tyrone, the dual match was important because it was preparing the team for the I.C.C. championship next Monday at Sinking Valley Country Club. The team is looking for their 3rd straight conference championship.

The Blue Devils hope to win it, as it will be their last chance before switching conferences. 

Ethan Johnston and Josh Dorminy will be competing in the sectional tournament Thursday at Ebensburg Country Club, trying to earn a spot in the District 6 tournament.
