MEET THE GREASE CAST: Daman Mills

Daman Mills plays the role of Danny Zuko in the production of Grease.

The Bellwood-Antis Musical Department is hosting Grease this year. The play will take place March 10 at 7:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium, and the Saturday, March 11 two separate times: 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.   

Daman Mills is playing the lead role of Danny Zuko, and he is quite excited for the event. 

BLUEPRINT: What is your role in the musical?

DAMAN: Danny

BLUEPRINT: What is your favorite thing about being in the musical?

DAMAN: Getting to play a role I’ve wanted to play for forever. 

BLUEPRINT: What made you decide to sign up for the musical?

DAMAN: I was going to do it in 9th grade but Covid happened so we couldn’t do it. 

BLUEPRINT: Did you participate in the musical last year?

DAMAN: Yes I was the beast. 

BLUEPRINT: What are you most excited for?

DAMAN: To get to perform the Hand Jive dance

BLUEPRINT: What can the audience expect from this performance of Grease?

DAMAN: To have their socks blown off

BLUEPRINT: Were you a Grease fan before this production?

DAMAN: Very bad yes, I watched it many times. 

BLUEPRINT: Who is the sleeper character the audience will love and why?

DAMAN: Eugene 100%, he is the best character in the show.
