After School Board Game Club

I f you look at the picture above, you can see how many games there are to play

There are many board games that you have probably never played.

We asked Mr. Hunter some questions about Board Game Club:

Q: Why do you play board games?

A: “I love board games and I wanted to help kids connect with their families. I love hearing when kids say they played a game at home.”

Q: What makes you like board games?

A: “I love anything that is like a puzzle, so that leads me to love things like math and board games.”

Q: What is your favorite board game?

A: “Wingspan. It’s different every time, it has a good strategy and luck, and it’s a beautiful game about birds.”

This club is held on Monday and Thursday in the hallway by the MS cafeteria, from 3-4:30.

We asked two middle school students, Owen Stoltzfus and Kirk Keen for their opinions on Mr. Hunter’s after school Board Game Club. These are their opinions.

After school Board Game Club is a fun, after school club that allows students to have fun with their friends. Mr. Hunter has given this opportunity to 7th and 8th grade students at BAMS to learn games and connect with their friends and family.
