While we often highlight staff members that work within our brick and mortar building, we must not forget someone who makes it possible for us to get to and from school safely. Ms. Myrtle is arguably one of the best bus drivers in the Bellwood-Antis School District. She spends most of her time providing transportation for students to the elementary, middle and high school, as well as Vo-Tech. We have been lucky enough to have Ms. Myrtle working for BASD since August 26, 2019.
Ms. Myrtle shared a day in her life. She starts her day by greeting her cats and distributing their morning treats. Then she wraps up her morning by getting breakfast ready for her and her youngest daughter, Leah. After work, Ms. Myrtle spends time with her girls and finds a few moments to relax. Myrtle has two daughters, one in 8th grade and the other in 4th grade. She loves to spend her time with them and the rest of her family.
We are thankful for a great staff member like Ms. Myrtle!
