B-A went to Glendale Monday night to get their first win of the week. The girls swept the Vikings, having scores of 25-16, 25-15, and 25-20.
This win put B-A’s record to 3-2.
Senior players Addy Turek and Johanna Heckman greatly contributed to getting the win. Turek had a total of 10 kills, and Heckman had 6 kills, as well as 9 digs.
This win helped B-A get back on their feet after their loss against Westmont Hilltop last Thursday.
On Tuesday night, the Lady Blue Devils played Clearfield at home for their sixth game of the season. Bellwood won in a sweep, with scores of 25-20, 25-18, and 25-16.
With this win, B-A now has a record of 4-2 on the season.
The Lady Blue Devils will take a trip to Greater Johnstown on Thursday night. The game will start at 7.
