“A Little Party Never Killed Nobody”
Prom 2015
Prom was a success once again this year at Bellwood-Antis. Prom was held Saturday April 25, at the Discovery Center located in Altoona. This year’s decorations were created with a Great Gatsby theme in mind, including centerpieces, black and gold balloons, and a quote that read “A Little Party Never Killed Nobody” projected onto the ceiling.
Prom ran from 6:30 to 10:00, giving students plenty of time to dance, socialize, eat and even have the chance to win one of many prizes that were given away.
Manning Photography was present at prom once again this year taking both formal pictures and photo booth pictures which can now be picked up in Mrs. Frank’s room.
One of the highlights of this year’s prom, said by many students, was when they played Ice Ice Baby… and Mr. Schreier rapped the entire thing.
“It brings back good memories from eighth grade when he rapped it at our karaoke reward day,” said senior Emily Wagner.
Prom finished with the seniors class song, Back Home by Andy Grammar.
