We had the chance to catch up with the team when we attended one of their practices, and we were able to find out some really neat stuff about this group of athletes.
The coaches have been really pushing the girls to do their very best this season. They do all kinds of different warm-ups before they start every practice. The coaches are helping them improve day after day. The girls have great servers, amazing communication with each other, and awesome passing. Faith Patton is the team captain. She was voted team captain because all of the girls voted for someone who would push everyone harder and who was a good team player. Malia Danish, Kaitlyn Robinson, and Dakota Woomer joined the junior high team for the first time this year. This will be Riley Amerine, Karlie Feathers, Sydney Lechner, Olivia Musselman, and Faith Patton’s second year on the squad.
