Famous actor Quinton Aaron coming to B-A
Actor from the Blind Side movie will address students
B-A Foundation President Crystal Himes, Beating the Odds Founder Rocco Scalzi & the BAMS Leadership Team are preparing for Quinton Aaron’s visit to B-A.
Thanks to the Bellwood-Antis School District Foundation, Quinton Aaron, a famous actor featured in The Blindside will be visiting the Bellwood-Antis Middle School on Thursday, September 24.
The BAMS Leadership Team has been working hard to prepare for his arrival. Members have been creating a bulletin board in the eighth grade hallway to represent him and his role as Michael Oher in The Blindside and preparing questions he can answer during the assembly program. He will be talking to the middle school student body about his life and the hurdles he had to overcome to achieve his goals.
Aaron will also be relating the Quarterbacks of Life philosophy to his own life throughout his presentation. The Quarterbacks of Life is an organization that has joined forces with the Beating the Odds Foundation to travel around the country sharing the stories of various individuals with America’s youth to inspire and motivate them to achieve success in their own lives.
Everyone at BAMS is anxious to meet a person that is famous on the big screen and in real life.
