A day in the Life of Mrs. Nyman

Mrs. Lori Nyman is Bellwood Antis’ female high school health and physical education teacher. Mrs. Nyman is a very beloved teacher who always has good advise that will help you get through hard times. Over the year Mrs. Nyman has become a mother figure to a bunch of the girls here at Bellwood. You can talk to her about anything and she will never turn you away.

This is a day in the life of Mrs. Nyman!

5:15 I wake up and get ready for the day. Wake and dress the kiddos. I have always been a morning person.  I don’t mind waking up early.

6:00 i cook breakfast. 3-4 eggs, baby spinach and tomato juice. This is what I eat everyday. I am a creature of habit.

7:10 arrive at school

7:15 read my daily bible devotion

7:30-3:00 most days at school consist of 2 health classes and 4-6 PE classes. I have a much busier schedule this year and I am always on the move.

3:45 pick up the kiddos

4:00 COFFEE!

4:15 I work out. I do three days of strength training and three days of cardio(alternating between HIIT and LISS workouts)

5:15 Make dinner: most nights my family sits and eats together.  It is Something that is very important to me for my kids to have a family dinner with homemade food.

6:00 clean up dinner, clean up the house, clean up the kiddos

7:30 bedtime stories for the kiddos

7:45 I usually read. Right now, I am reading the Poldark series, which I love!
