MEET THE GREASE CAST: Trinity Riva
The Bellwood-Antis Musical Department is hosting Grease this year. The play will take place March 10 at 7:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium, and the Saturday, with two separate times: 2:00 pm and 7:30 pm.
The role of Jan will be portrayed by Trinity Riva, who can’t wait to perform.
BLUEPRINT: What is your role in the musical?
Trinity: Jan
BLUEPRINT: What is your favorite thing about being in the musical?
Trinity: I love being with my best friends and watching all my hard work pay off.
BLUEPRINT: What made you decide to sign up for the musical?
Trinity: I decided to sign up for the musical because I love it. I landed my first big role when I was 7. Also my mom is the director, so I love doing stuff like this with her.
BLUEPRINT: Did you participate in the musical last year?
Trinity: I did. I was Babette.
BLUEPRINT: What are you most excited for?
Trinity: I love the adrenaline and I’m so excited for the crowd’s reaction to our big dance numbers.
BLUEPRINT: What can the audience expect from this performance of Grease?
Trinity: To have so much fun. It has such good energy and everyone put so much into the show.
BLUEPRINT: Were you a Grease fan before this production?
Trinity: Of course.
BLUEPRINT: Who is the sleeper character the audience will love and why?
Trinity: Roger is definitely a favorite of mine and I think the crowd will agree. He brings so much to the stage and is hilarious.
