Kevin Liang is a senior at Bellwood-Antis, and after this school year he plans on attending Penn State Altoona under the 2+2 program.
His top major option currently is Aerospace Engineering, but is also considering other programs like civil or mechanical engineering.
Kevin is choosing to follow in his older sister’s footsteps, but his main reasoning for going to Penn State Altoona comes down to the expensive price of college.
“Penn State is very close to home. Housing options are expensive, and I like to save money often. Penn State also has a good engineering program, one of the best in the country.”
Under aerospace engineering, Kevin hopes to one day make an impact in a top of the line engineering company. He wants to change the world for the better and develop new technologies that will improve the mechanics of aeronautical machines.
Kevin enjoys physics class, where he is currently excelling under Mrs. Flarend’s teachings.
“This year, I would say that I am enjoying physics class. It changed my understanding of the world and I think that it would greatly benefit me for what I am doing in the future.”
Outside of school, Kevin enjoys working at Texas Roadhouse and going to the gym. Kevin has been an avid weightlifter for two years, and hopes to one day reach physique levels of Chris Bumstead.
