On Sunday, March 10, senior Chloe Brown officially committed to the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP).
Chloe plans to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, through the Eberly College of Business. Accounting first “stuck out” to her as a fitting career option when she participated in a career exploration internship over the summer.
“Math is my favorite subject and I’ve always been good at that kind of math. There are so many paths and jobs that you can get with this degree…” commented Chloe.
She immediately liked the layout of IUP’s campus and dorms, which both played roles in her final decision.
“Everything was close together and nothing was a far walk from the freshman dorms. The dorms were definitely the nicest ones I’ve seen,” Chloe said.
Chloe can’t wait to start her next chapter and is “excited to be away from home.”
After four years of schooling at IUP, she sees herself working for a business and living “somewhere warm” along the east coast or in California.
Good luck, Chloe, and go Crimson Hawks!
