Mackenzie Weber has committed to Penn State Altoona with a major in business administration.
Located in Altoona, Pennsylvania, Penn State Altoona is a commonwealth campus. She chose Penn State Altoona because it’s affordable and it’s the only college she’s ever been interested in.
College life is certainly a change of pace from high school; however, Mackenzie believes she’ll be able to thrive.
With her degree, she hopes to eventually start her own business, most likely real estate.
Out of everything that Bellwood-Antis has had to offer, Mackenzie says that she will miss seeing her friends and donut Thursdays the most. Bellwood’s impact has left quite the impression on her, with the teacher’s helping her be independent.
“The teacher’s really allowed me to figure out things on my own instead of relying on them,” she said.
As for advice she would give to the lower classman, Mackenzie recommended to move on from the little mishaps.
“Don’t cry over a low grade, as long as you put in a little bit of effort you’ll graduate. The world keeps spinning, ” said Mackenzie.
