For senior Brayden Wenzel his best decision ever was deciding to join the marching band.
“I love to play music. Its a real treat,” Brayden said.
Brayden was chosen by band director Mr. Sachse to be Artist of the Week.
Brayden said he has always loved music and his dream instrument to play out loud is the the one he plays in marching band – tenor drums. Marching band is one of the most entertaining, exciting hobby’s he’s even done, he said.
Mr. Sachse said Brayden’s value to the band goes beyond simply what he does when he plays.
“He always gives his best, and he really likes taking care of other students,” said Mr. Sachse.
This is is Brayden’s 6th year in marching band and 9th year in band overall.
Brayden said he loves performing in front of a crowd because there are a lot of people who love to see what you can do with an instrument.
