A lot of classic shoes are starting to make a comeback. They seem to have scooted their way back into the modern fashion. New Balances 574, Sambas, Gazelles. These old shoes have caught the eye of the younger generation and they have risen in popularity again.
New balances and other newly risen shoes were originally made and popular back in the 1980’s-90’s. The classic Adidas retro style has caught the eye of this generation is starting to make its way around again. There are other’s as well like DC’s, different Jordan styles, Nike Cortez, etc. Nike Cortez’s are also a classic shoe that happened to come back from the 80’s. Samba’s go a little further back than New Balance and Gazelles though, they go back to the 1950’s. They were created by a soccer team in Germany for icy or snowy fields/weather so they could grip better on the ground.
Since a lot of stuff from the 80’s, 90’s, and 2000’s are making a comeback again: Clothes, shoes, style, etc. I have no doubt that more and more stuff will be coming back around for another round in the near future. You can get them at common shoes or sports stores around here like Journey’s, Dicks, Kohl’s, etc.
