You may not know of Grant Beeler, but that is only because he is the quiet kid.  Grant doesn’t talk much unless he is really close to you.  He is still a great kid and a hard worker.

Because Grant seems to be the guy that blends in with the crowd, the BluePrint decided to make him this month’s Fab Freshman.

“Grant is the epitome of the saying still waters run deep.  At first, he comes off as the quiet kid, but then you realize he has a lot going on inside his head.  For me personally, I found that out during debates this year,” said 9^th grade English teacher, Mr. Naylor.

BluePrint: What is the biggest difference between 9th grade and middle school?

Beeler: I think you get a lot more work in 9^th grade.

BluePrint: What class from freshman year will you never forget and why?

Beeler: Geometry because it is difficult for me.

BluePrint: What goals do you have for the next 3 years of your BA experience?

Beeler: To get good grades.

BluePrint: What advice would you give 8th graders preparing to make the jump to high school?

Beeler: Be ready to work hard and study.

BluePrint: What is one thing you’ll do differently as a sophomore?

Beeler: I will probably change the way I look at things.

BluePrint: What activities, sports, and clubs are you involved in both inside and outside of school?

Beeler: I play football and baseball with friends.

BluePrint: Most people look at you as the quiet kid, is that right? Are you quiet? 

Beeler: I would agree.  I am quiet unless I get to know you well.  If we are good friends, I’ll talk when I’m with you.

BluePrint: How do you feel about people looking at you as the quiet kid?

Beeler: I don’t really mind it; it’s the way I am.  I do like hanging out with people though.

BluePrint: What is your favorite movie?

Beeler: American Sniper

BluePrint: What is your favorite class?

Beeler: Gym

BluePrint: What is your favorite food?

Beeler: Stromboli

BluePrint: What is your favorite BA lunch?

Beeler: Breakfast for Lunch

BluePrint: What is in your iPod?

Beeler: music that I work out to.

BluePrint: What is something that no one from your freshman class knows about you?

Beeler: That I go to the gym often.
