Well today is your lucky day. Its National read a book day! Pick out your favorite book or even try a whole new one. Or if you don’t think you like reading, give it a try for the first time.

There are tons of options to choose from such as, horror, comedy, fiction, nonfiction, romance … whatever you want it’s there. If the book you pick up doesn’t tickle your fancy, try another one.

There are beneficially reasons on why to read a book. Depending on what book you choose you could increase your knowledge. It’s also seen as a form of exercising your brain. Books could be a form of medications. Could help release stress, anxiety, improves the brain, and relax the mind.
