Today is National exercise day

National Exercise Day on April 18 offers inspiration to try new ways of becoming fit and healthy. These days there is no reason not to do something for your health. Including healthier eating habits too.

National Exercise day doesn’t have to be on your own, you can bring a friend, family member or even a pet.

Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your body. Being physically active can improve your Brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones, and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities.

Working out can also boost your mood, concentration and awareness.

When working out you should try to aim for 30 minutes a day. That could be walking, running, lifting, or even doing yoga.

Exercise must be included with most sports today. When playing sports you mostly have to do exercise to become in shape for the season so that you can be the best you can be.
