Take a day off? Too tired?
No. Copper Lovrich is not one of those guys being one of the hardest working people here at Bellwood-Antis.
He is this weeks Just Junior.
Cooper is a multi sport athlete who plays football and bocce and has a big role in both of those sports.
”For football, I like to work out with my teammates, and for bocce, I like hanging out and having a good time with my teammates”. said Copper Lovrich.
Cooper is a linebacker and a center in football. He played a strong role in the team’s success.
He will be a senior next year on a football team with high expectations
Cooper is really involved in helping out his community and participating in a lot of clubs in school. Cooper is a high honor student every marking period. He is also in FCA.
”Doing community service allows you to help out the same community that does so much for its members.”said Cooper.
Cooper is a fit person. He works out, and stays in shape for football.
He said he doesn’t do that much in he free time.
”When I am not VOLT or working out, I am usually at McDonald’s.”said Cooper
The last question Cooper was asked was, “Who is the one person that inspires?”He was asked this because Copper is inspires people and its interesting yo consider who inspires him.
“I couldn’t really say I’m inspired by just one person. I’d have to say I’m inspired by my football teammates who consistently try their best and look out for each other.”
Junior Jayce Quick was asked who has been friends with Cooper for years.
”He talks about Chris Chan with him and he’s very handsome, I met him in 7th grade while I was playing football,” he said.
While his friends outside of school are cool, teachers appreciate Copper too.
Mr. Elder had a few things to say about Coop.
“Cooper always puts forth effort in class-whether that’s on a project or a bell ringer. I always look forward to seeing what he comes up with because it is often has interesting insights and thoughts,” said Mr. Elder
“It goes back to that effort component. As a teacher, you can tell when a student is putting in the effort or just “phoning in”. Coopers work for class never falls in the latter category of ‘phoning it in’- and that makes it stands out. From a teacher standpoint, that is unique and on target really stands out and wakes you up.”
