BAMS Choir prepares for upcoming Christmas Concert
41 BAMS students rehearsing to sing with the Altoona Symphony Orchestra
This year Mrs. Wright is teaming up once again with middle students, the Altoona Symphony Orchestra (ASO) conductor Teresa Cheung to prepare for their annual holiday concert. It is another exciting season for the ASO because they are celebrating 85 years as a symphony, and the BAMS choir is honored to be a part of this. They will be singing a variety of Christmas songs at the Altoona Mishler Theatre on December 5th, 2015. The students in this special choir have been practicing since September 9. They practice every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during their lunch period. While eating with Mrs. Wright, they diligently practice singing their songs. The students are excited for their concert and can’t wait to show off their singing talents.
