Get ready to have some fun because the Bellwood-Antis Band is hosting a book fair at Barnes and Noble on Monday, September 26, from 5:30 p.m.  to 8:30 p.m.

A portion of the sales in that time period will go to Miracles for Madison.

Madison Shura  is a second grade student at Myers Elementary fighting an aggressive brain tumor.

While proceeds tonight go to the band, the band has opted to then donate them to Miracle for Madison.

If you do not have a voucher for the event, just mention Miracles for Madison at the register when checking out.

Visitors will be able to see performances from the marching band and cheerleaders, middle school bands, and high school solo singers.

“This is the schools fourth book fair,” said Mr. Patrick Sachse, the middle and high school band director. “The money used to go to the Books for Babies fundraiser, but this year the band and Madison Shura’s aunt, who’s the manager at Barnes and Noble and a Bellwood-Antis Alumni, decided to give the money to the Shura family.”

The author of the book “The Adventure of Pistachio Mustachio,” Danial Bryson, will be there hosting a book signing.

Proceeds from his book will also go towards the Shura Family.

Please come and show your support for the Shura family!
