Alli Campbell has been in the B-A spotlight by herself since March and it has to be difficult to live up to the massive hype for this season, but it didn’t phase the sophomore point guard Saturday.

Campbell led the Lady Devils basketball team over Tyrone in the annual Pink Game Saturday with a triple double.

The final was 78-45.

Campbell fronted a relentless offensive attack, posting 29 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists, 2 steals, and only one turnover. Fellow sophomore Sakeria Haralson scored 17 points on only 7 shots attempted and pulled 6 rebounds.

Sophomore Emilee Leidig netted 15, and senior Tina Hollen poured in 10 in a solid scoring effort.

The first half was a field day for Bellwood-Antis, outscoring Tyrone 51-18 in the first sixteen minutes.

The Lady Blue Devils made 89 percent of their free throws (17-19). The Lady Blue Devils put on a clinic in ball security, committing only one turnover.

B-A will take on Altoona Tuesday at the Jaffa Mosque in the first round of the Jaffa Shrine Tournament.
