There is nothing more entertaining to me than watching a movie that makes fun of movies. Whether making fun of scary movies or romance movies, these are worth watching.

Not Another Teen Movie
This movie makes fun of the cliché, Sixteen candles type of movie. It takes a Scary Movie aspect and combines multiple cookie-cutter teen movies into a comedy that is hilarious. The casting choice was also amazing, giving the actors that were in it, such as Chyler Leigh and Chris Evans. It really does show how the teen romance movies are ridiculous. They also brought in Molly Ringwald, which I thought was a very creative choice given she was the 80’s queen of teen movies, such as The Breakfast Club and Pretty in Pink.

Scary Movie (1-4)
This is a franchise I’m sure everybody knows. Scary Movie takes popular horror movies and makes fun of them in a hilarious way, such as Scream and The Exorcist. There are five movies in the franchise, but the fifth isn’t as good as the first four. Plus no one can play an oblivious, idiotic girl like Anna Faris. The movies make me cry, and I’m not the only one.

Shaun of the Dead
Shaun of the Dead makes fun of the typical Zombie movies, like Dawn of the Dead, and does it wonderfully. The way the movie was made, you can’t really tell that they were spoofing anything, but the tittle gives it away. Simon Pegg made this movie what it was, and we are glad that he played Shaun. I have loved this movie since I first saw it has stayed one of my favorite movies and will for a while.
