After defeating York Catholic in the Elite Eight by a score of 53-47 on Friday, the B-A lady Blue Devils will face the Mahanoy Area Lady Golden Bears (24-2), who just beat Sacred Heart by a score of 55 35.

Mahanoy advanced with a 14-point win over Old Forge last week.

The 25-3 B-A Lady Blue Devils have a chance to play in the PIAA 2A state championship game for the second year in a row, with a win tonight. The game will be played at Williamsport Area High School at 7 p.m.

Both teams have been dominant in the state playoffs and are district champs, with the Lady Devils taking District 6 and Mahanoy winning District 11. The Lady Bears have won every PIAA game by double digits.

B-A is looking to repeat as 2A champions after a record-breaking season in 2018. They have lost to only one team from Pennsylvania this season.
