Co-op soccer loses Against Penns Valley

Last night the Tyrone/Bellwood-Antis girls soccer team suffered a tough loss at home to Penns Valley, 6-2.

A quick first-half goal from Eliza Vance put the girls ahead 1-0, but Penns Valley answered very strong, outscoring the Lady Eagles 3-1 by the end of the first half.
The second half was not much better for Tyrone. After a quick second half goal from Penns Valley, Tyrone answered with a goal of their own from Kendall Markley to make it 4-2, but the comeback hopes were put to rest after Penns Valley scored two more goals to put the Lady
Eagles down by four.
The Lady Golden Eagles hold a 2-3 record going into their next game tomorrow against Bellefonte at home.
