Wednesday night was the skit night for the Bellwood-Antis Homecoming Court, sponsered by the Renaissance club.

Members of the Homecoming Court each participated in a lip sync battle and played a few games in the event, which was held at the auditorium. Each girl picked their own team to help do their lip sync with along their escort.

Alli Campbell and her team did a high school musical theme. Jamyson Focht and her team did the theme song to Friends. Jaydyn Shuke and her team did a mean girls themedskit. Casi Shade and her team danced to Tik Tok dances. Finally, Thalia Lucio and her group lip-synced to Backstreet Boys songs.

Each girl and their escort had to guess a few questions about each other, they also had to do charades with their escort.

Shade’s team included Madison Bungo, Mark Stewart, Caroline Nagle, and Attie Poorman. Lucio teamed with Cooper Keen, Tyler Garner, Hunter Gregg, Izzy Holes, and Lauren Thompson. Campbell’s group featured Travis Luensmann, Trevor Miller, Brenin Abbott, Olivia Mussleman, and Jaidyn McCracken. Jaydyn Shuke grouped with Jaylee Shuke, Emile Leidig, Corey Johnston, Troy Walker, and Evan Frye. Focht’s team was made up of Alex Roberts, Bella Kies, Sydney Lechner, Emily Osborne, and Macy Decker.

The cost of admission, which was $2, helped to raise a $350 prize, which the Homecoming winner, to be announced at halftime of Friday’s football game, will then be able to donate  to whatever charity they want.
