In basketball when you talk about the great teams, something that you always have to take notice of isn’t always just the wins and losses, but the margin of victory or defeat.

For the Bellwood Antis Lady Blue Devils basketball team, a team full of lofty goals and expectations, their first conference game of the season may have been a showing of how good things may go this season.

BA showed up and showed out as they ran away with a massive 99-20 win over ICC opponent West Branch.

The Lady Devils came into the game hot off of a rivalry win over Tyrone, and used that momentum to push their record to 2-0 on the season.

Senior Sakeria Haralson lead the Blue Devils with a 26 point double-double, adding 11 rebounds and 8 steals.

The experience for BA was key on Tuesday night, and fellow seniors Alli Campbell and Emilie Leidig combined for 33 points.

Sophomore Jaidyn McCracken stepped up in the big minutes she got off the bench, as she put up a career-high 13 points.

The next contest for BA will be Friday, December 13th as they hit the road and travel to ICC opponent Mt. Union.
