Zach Miller and Troy Walker helped boost the Blue Devils past JV

Junior Zach Miller is off to a great start on the season. Averaging 11.7 points a game and 10.4 rebounds a game, he has been a tremendous help to the boys basketball team, which is undefeated in the ICC.
This past Christmas break in the Reliance Bank Holiday Tournament Miller was named all-tournament team.
“It felt good to have hard work pay off and achieve a personal goal,” Miller said. Aftergaining 11 points and 12 rebounds in the first game against Tyrone, he gathered 11 points and 3 rebounds in the consolation game against Hollidaysburg.
Miller has played basketball for 10 years, starting at the Northern Blair Rec Center.
“Outside of basketball I enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as playing baseball,” he said.
Miller also said his goal for the season is “to win the ICC championship.”
Miller leads the ICC in rebounds and third in Pennsylvania for his class in that category.
