ARTIST OF THE WEEK: Ashlyn Snyder
Ashlyn Snyder is this week’s Artist of the Week.

This week’s Artist of the Week is Ashlyn Snyder. She is a freshman who participates in high school art class.
Ashlyn loves being with her friends and learning new skills. She joined this class because her friends were interested in it and she enjoyed it in past years.
Her favorite art project this year is a bust project she is currently completing.
Ashlyn will continue with this class if possible for the next three years.
Mrs. McNaul says, “Ashlyn enters the classroom with a kind heart and a sweetness glowing on her face. She is one of the most gentle and happy students that I have ever had. She works hard at her art to overcome any difficulty she may have with the art process. She is eager to ask questions and work to fix any part of the process she may not understand. She is graceful and will treat her peers with patience and a genuine sense of caring and that is evident in what she creates in class.”
She is involved in key club, FCA, and renaissance club. Ashlyn is a triathlete who plays volleyball, swimming, and softball. Some of her hobbies include cooking, baking, hiking, swimming, and being outdoors.
